Gift Wrap
With any item sent as a gift, we enclose your brief message at no charge. For $6.00 per box, most items can be wrapped in either our classic signature gift box or gift-wrap, depending on the product, and tied with a ribbon and accented with a festive ornament, with your message enclosed in a special envelope.

Each line item in your shopping basket will be gift wrapped separately. Multiple quantities on the same line will be wrapped together if possible. If you wish to have multiple quantities of the same item wrapped individually please create separate orders for each item by repeating the checkout process or call 888.922.4108 for further assistance.

Furniture and other large items cannot be gift boxed or gift-wrapped.

Gift Cards
A gift card from Williams-Sonoma Home makes the perfect gift. Available in denominations of $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200 and $250, our gift cards arrive with your personal message and our current catalog in an elegant envelope. Gift cards are delivered by first-class mail to arrive within 7 to 10 business days; there is no charge for shipping. If you prefer two-day rush delivery, there is a charge of $6.50 per address. Gift cards can be used for shopping online, by telephone or at any Williams-Sonoma Home store.

Delivery Options
Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse by UPS, to arrive within five business days of our receipt of your order. In case of delay, we will notify you by mail or e-mail. Please see Delivery Services below for a list of items that may take longer. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

We provide rush delivery to most destinations. Rush orders received by 3:00 p.m. PST, Monday-Thursday, arrive in two business days; orders received Friday-Sunday arrive on Tuesday. Not available for oversize items, items shipped from the manufacturer or items shipped outside the 48 contiguous states.
