Return Policy
Our products are designed with your comfort and style in mind. Made-to-order items (as marked) are not returnable but may be cancelled only within 24 hours of order placement. Should your item arrive damaged or with a defect, please contact us at 1.888.922.4105 within 7 days so that we may arrange for a replacement. All other items (with the exception of those marked as Final Sale) may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund of merchandise only. Final Sale items (identified with a price ending in $.99) are not returnable or cancellable. Frames and springs are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for the product's life, subject to the following conditions: warranty applies only to original owner and normal residential use. Defects resulting from negligence, abuse or use in a commercial, hospitality or other non-residential setting are not covered. For warranty service, call 1.888.922.4105.

RETURNS BY MAIL
To return an item by mail, please follow the instructions included in the shipped package:
Complete the Return Form attached to the invoice or gift receipt that accompanied the item. In the appropriate box on this form, indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or merchandise credit. Be sure to tear off and retain the top portion of the form for your records. If you do not have you original invoice or gift receipt, please include a letter with your returned merchandise that includes the following.

Item name/description
Reason for return
Action to be taken (replacement or merchandise credit)
Use the shipping carrier most convenient to you, and send the package to the following address, where it will be processed according to your instructions.
