Our standard Shipping and Processing charges compensate our company for processing, packing and delivering your purchase; and for related overhead and other items. These charges cover parcel-post delivery and do not apply to items with a flat rate delivery and processing charge ($*) immediately following the item price.

At present, we can ship only to destinations within the U.S. and its territories, and to APO/FPO addresses. Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse by UPS to arrive within five days of receipt of your order. Furniture takes longer (see Delivery Options below). In case of delay, we will notify you by mail or email. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. We use parcel post to ship to a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address.

Rush Delivery & Processing
We provide rush delivery to destinations within the 48 contiguous states. Rush orders are delivered by UPS at our regular shipping and processing fees, with an additional charge of $15. Rush orders received by 3:00 p.m. PDT Monday-Thursday arrive in two business days; orders received Friday-Sunday arrive on Tuesday. Not available on oversize, out of stock or manufacturer-shipped items.
FURNITURE PROCESSING & DELIVERY CHARGES
Except when In-Home White-Glove Delivery Service () is required, furniture is shipped via UPS for easy tracking. Use the Standard Shipping and Processing Rates table above to calculate the charge. Bulkier and heavier items are delivered by our In-Home White-Glove Delivery Service and have a flat rate delivery and processing charge (based on their size and weight) in lieu of Standard Shipping and Processing Charges. This flat rate delivery and processing charge appears in parentheses ($*) immediately following the item price. For further information, call 888.922.4108 (4:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. PST, 7 days a week).
IN-HOME WHITE-GLOVE DELIVERY  
Items indicated with    are brought into your home, unpacked, inspected and set up, and packaging is removed. Delivery will be made by appointment, within the continental USA only; we'll call you to make an appointment. Complete beds will be set up; headboards-only will be unpacked, but not attached to existing bed frames. For more information, call 888.922.4108 (4:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. PST, 7 days a week).
DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES
Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are delivered by UPS at our regular shipping and processing fees, with an additional charge of $10. Items shipped to U.S. Territories are delivered via Air Parcel Post at our regular shipping and processing fees, with an additional charge of $10. Some heavy or oversize items cannot be shipped out of the 48 contiguous states. We regret that rush, In-Home White-Glove and international delivery are not available.
