Please allow up to 2 - 4 weeks for delivery. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Item arrives by our In-Home White-Glove Delivery service.With In-Home White-Glove Delivery, the item is brought into your home. Hardwiring and assembly are required, professional installation is recommended. Because we recommend professional assembly and installation for all of our chandeliers, these items will be delivered to the room of your choice. Delivery will be made by appointment, within the continental USA only; we'll call to make an appointment. Return Policy: Our products are designed with your comfort and style in mind. Made-to-order items (as marked) are not returnable but may be cancelled only within 24 hours of order placement.
