Skilled weavers create this rug in the Tibetan style, using a centuries-old hand-knotting technique that results in an extra-fine weave. The modern design is inspired by a wrought iron gate. The raised pattern is traced out in shimmering silk on a field of exceptionally soft, dense high-mountain wool. We recommend our Heavyweight Rug Pad with this style; our latex-backed pad (sold separately) can be trimmed to fit exact rug dimensions. Imported.
