The 17th-century revival of classical ideas found expression even in garden design, where symmetrical planting became high art. Originally printed in Italy in 1685, these images by Belgian artist Theodore de Bry honor four exemplary gardens of the time. They’re reproduced from original copper plates and gently hand antiqued for a vintage look, then framed behind glass in hand-rubbed, dark-burgundy painted hardwood. Set of 4 includes one of each: Oval, Rectangle, Slope Rectangle and Circle. Made in the USA.
